This tabloid was published as an insert to the Nuclear Free Press in 1985 by the Indonesia East Timor Programme, based in Peterborough, Ontario.Along with materials published that year by Amnesty International Canada and the Nova Scotia East Timor Group, it is the first East Timor support material published in Canada. In both cases, materials were linked to the tenth anniversary of the invasion of East Timor.
